What to know before booking...

Deposit Fee: I require 1/2 down as a deposit to book your session. This is a non-refundable deposit fee required for sessions  due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Deposit goes towards overall price package. Full payment is required by day of session. Deposits are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation/No Show: If you cancel without a 48 hour notice you will have to reschedule and pay a whole new deposit and the other part of your payment the day we shoot. If you no show you will have to pay your session fee and then if you would like to reschedule, you'll have to pay for the previous session that was a no show  along with new session. If you no show me multiple times or cancel on me multiple times after the 48 hour notice, we will no longer be working with one another after these circumstances. I will be enforcing this policy as of 2023. It's not fair for myself and my other clients who would like that date. 

Rescheduling a Session: You're allowed a one time reschedule, due to weather or illness only. Session will be for the same calendar month you booked for or 2 weeks out max. If session is on a weekend, I can not guarantee you will be able to get another weekend spot, weekends get booked extremely fast and are my busiest days! ​​​​

Travel Fee: Photography travel fee will be added onto sessions depending on location. Check the location guide is to help give you an idea for what backgrounds/look you would like for your session. This is the only way to keep the session pricing lower. I am willing to travel outside of the locations so please checkout the list or if you would like a different location then the listed locations below message me for a travel fee quote. ​

Turnaround Time: Galleries will be ready no later than 3 weeks after session date. (Sessions in September-December are closer to the 4 week turnaround time at the very latest). If you need your gallery sent sooner, there is a 48 hour turn around time option for $100 add on. This must be approved at time of booking.(Wedding packages have a different turnaround time.)​​​

Digital Gallery: All packages include a downloadable digital gallery and print release.

Combined Sessions: No combined sessions. What this means is if you book a family session, I will quote you accordingly so please don't show up with additional people expecting to get just a few pictures of this or that during your session time frame. I offer different sessions depending on people that will be in the session. 

Gallery Policy: Galleries are on site for 30 days after the date I send the gallery over to the provided email. If not downloaded within the time frame they will auto remove from the site. The site charges me for each gallery. The gallery website will NOT store files so please download your gallery within the time frame. If you need the gallery resent after the 30 days there will be a $50 fee.

Photographer Credit: Please credit my images by tagging my business page or website when posting your returned images.

Changing or Altering Images: Please do not change or alter images in anyway or send to someone else for retouching images in anyway! Please don't add any kind of filter to my images. If you have any concerns or would like anything changed, you have a 7 day time frame to inform me about any concerns with the images. There is a $50 fee for any extra photoshopping or changes to the edited image.

  Hair + Makeup: Not included in any sessions offered. Hair and makeup artist's have their own pricing and fees. 

Contract: Contract must be filled out and signed when booking.
